Russia's malicious, premeditated advantaged attack on Ukraine becomes a war crime, because of the victims, not only the dead, but because of the displacement of populations and worse, of women, children, the elderly or the sick, it is say of people who depend on human solidarity, which increases the dimensions of this violent act. Unlike what happens in Ecuador, where the victims of violence in ports or prisons number in the hundreds, in Ukraine, as in Venezuela, or in the pandemic, the victims number in the millions. This human displacement, the use of high-powered weapons, in an area congested by an overpopulation of human beings and weapons, such as Europe, is like smoking at a gas station, a gas station is very easy to catch fire with lit tobacco. , as it is easy for Europe to catch fire, with any war. In this war between Ukraine and Russia, as in the War in Afghanistan, there can only be one loser.
